Outstanding Service Brings Home National Award

– SureCall Earns CAM-X Award of Excellence –

Grimsby, ON (September 23, 2019) —SureCall of Calgary, AB has been honoured with the exclusive 2019 Award of Excellence for 27 years.  The Award is presented annually by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry’s Trade Association for providers of call centre services including telephone answering and message delivery. SureCall was presented with the Award recently at the CAM-X 55th Annual Convention and Trade Show held at the Fairmont Macdonald Hotel in Edmonton, AB.

Independent judges are contracted by CAM-X to evaluate message services over a six-month period.  The scoring criteria includes:

                                    –  Overall Impression of Call

– SureCall Earns CAM-X 2019 Call Centre Award of Distinction –

Grimsby, ON (September 23, 2019) —SureCall of Calgary, AB has been honoured with the prestigious 2019 Call Centre Award of Distinction by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X).  The Industry’s Trade Association for providers of Call Centre Services including Inbound Order Desk/Help Desk and Web Enabled customer assistance has recognized SureCall for their outstanding achievement at their 55th Annual Convention, held recently at the Fairmont Macdonald Hotel in Edmonton, AB.

The Call Centre Award of Distinction was created in response to overwhelming requests by Call Centres across North America for a tool to measure the skills of their professional Call Centre Agents on the job.  After six months of testing, independent panels of judges score call-handling skills for “enhanced service” applications.  The focus is on customer relationship management (CRM), courtesy, etiquette, the use of proper call techniques, as well as response time and accuracy.  These are all cornerstones of the Call Management Industry.
