SureCall is excited to announce and celebrate their participation in the annual fundraiser “The Cape Wine Auction “that took place last week in Capetown South Africa. As part of their Good Call™ program, CEO Desirée Bombenon chose to sponsor 2 programs for the Children of South Africa.
The first program will provide 35,000 nutritious meals, to at-risk youth in the Cape Winelands area. The second program will fund the materials and tools for 42 Early Childhood practitioners, so they can do their best work in the early development phase of these children’s lives.
“Although the opportunity to bid on amazing experiences and wine packages were available, we chose to bid solely on programs that had no benefit to us and went straight to funding the causes that directly impact these children, with 100% of the funds going to the program,” explained Desirée.
Good Call™ was launched in 2016, and SureCall continues its endeavors to make an indelible impact on the major humanitarian challenges we have globally. What started out as a local endeavor to assist organizations who were non-profit or registered charities by giving back a percentage of revenues as a donation each year, has evolved into the company’s “purpose driven” vision.
